For the purposes of this Policy, iwe follow the definition adopted by the General Data Protection Regulation d(GDPR), namely any information relating to an identified or dentifiable natural person, and a natural person who may bedentified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identification number or to one or more specific elements of their physical, physiological, psychic, economic, cultural or social identity.

a) As part of our activity we collect and process the email, first and last name, through our website. The data we collect is only those strictly necessary for the provision of our services and/or the provision of our products.
b) We collect and process your personal data only with your consent when it translates into a free, specific, informed and explicit expression of will.
At any time, and at your sole decision, you may withdraw such consent.

3 - What personal data do we collect?

a) The data we collect, for the purpose of being able to provide our services and/or sell our products, are as follows:

We use your personal data (first name, surname and email) for the following purposes:

5 - How long do we keep your personal data?

e) Right to Portability - you have the right to transfer your personal data that we hold to another organization or to receive it in a structured and commonly used format
f) Right to Limitation of Processing – when you wish, for example, to challenge the accuracy of your personal data for a period of time that allows us to verify its accuracy.

7 - What are the measures put in place to ensure the security of your personal data?

We take technical and organizational measures, which we review and improve from time to time, aimed at ensuring the security and protection of your personal data in terms of their availability, authenticity, integrity and confidentiality, as well as those designed to prevent their loss, misuse, alteration, treatment or unauthorized access, as well as any other form of unlawful processing.

8 - Is there communication of data to third parties? Are your data being downloaded?

No, we will not communicate your personal data to third parties. In particular, security issues in terms of data transmission are taken into account and we respect the confidentiality of the data received, not using them in any case for purposes other than those that motivated the transmission or for their own or third party benefit.

9 - Use of "cookies"? As part of our activity we do not send cookies or record user activity on our website.
